Forming back in 2021, 2024 finally saw Nottingham’s Divorce earn their much-deserved flowers, selling out UK shows and releasing two singles: Gears and My Room. Taking a collaborative approach and sharing contrasting vocals between bassist Tiger Cohen-Towell and guitarist Felix Mackenzie-Barrow, the band are completed by guitarist and synth wizard Adam Peter Smith and drummer Kasper Sandstrøm.

After meeting in Nottingham’s DIY scene and forming the band, they have since signed to Gravity Records (a subsidiary of Universal Music), toured with huge indie bands (Bombay Bicycle Club, The Vaccines, Everything Everything) and are set to go on their UK headline tour this month, ending with their biggest headline show to date at London’s Islington Academy Hall.

Today, the genre-shifting foursome have announced their highly-anticipated debut album, Drive to Goldenhammer, which will see us treated to twelve brand new tracks, one of those being the coinciding release, All My Freaks, released today alongside a dance-heavy music video. If the track is anything to go by, we’ve got a real contender for best album of 2025 on our hands. We’ve got a whole load of genre-bending to look forward to.

Drive to Goldenhammer is out March 7th via Gravity Records. Pre-order the album here.
