LCD Soundsystem announce 8-night residency at O2 Academy Brixton
The band will return to the iconic venue for the first time in 3 years.

After projections were seen around Shoreditch of LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy’s record label DFA Records with the words ‘You are here (again)’, many speculated it could be the band’s long-awaited return to O2 Academy Brixton. The American band played a six-night residency back in 2022 and have now announced they’ll be extending their stay to eight nights this time around.
Having graced the All Points East stage last year for a headline performance and put on a phenomenal set at Glastonbury, LCD Soundsystem are no strangers to the UK circuit. Last time they played at O2 Academy Brixton, they successfully sold-out the entire week.
The residency will start from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th of June before continuing from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd of June. Both Sunday shows will take place earlier, starting at 5pm and ending at 9pm.
