Bandit return with ‘Peppermints Don’t Hide Everything’

Self-proclaimed as the ‘poor man’s Oasis’, Bandit are back with what can only be described as a ‘bang’.

After the success the four-piece have had since releasing their undoubtedly well-received single back in 2019, they’ve ramped it up a notch with Peppermints Don’t Hide Everything—a song that probably needs no explaining as it to what it entails.

Gliding into the song with a hypnotic riff to introduce you to their new tune, they hold nothing back as they go full throttle into a song about infidelity. Transporting you to festival season in the space of three minutes, Bandit absorbs you into their account of a night out with a sound that I can imagine being blasted to a very drunk, very happy crowd at Reading and Leeds.

With over six thousand spins on Spotify already and having featured on Jack Saunder’s Future Artists show for BBC Radio 1, it’s safe to say they don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
