Dublin six-piece Silverbacks have given us a taste of their upcoming third LP, Easy Being a Winner, and it is pure pop-rock ecstasy. Giving Away An Inch Of inspired, interestingly, by the likes of Presley and Nick Cave, shines with a glittery, indie-rock chorus and rich summertime melodies. It’s a little quirky, a touch sickly sweet, and very catchy. Sometimes that’s all it takes.

The follow-up to singles Selling Shovels and Something I Know, this tune solidifies Silverbacks claim over the modern indie rock scene; leaving crowds on both sides of the Atlantic wanting more. October can’t come quick enough.

Easy Being a Winner is out October 18th via Central Tones Records.
