Torgny drops blissful alt-pop track ‘Together’ – just in time for summer
Oslo-based musician Torgny helps us find our calm, with a tranquil track that’ll soothe your soul as you watch the sunset

I’ve recently been playing the video game Cyberpunk 2077 so perhaps it’s on my mind, but within the first thirty seconds of listening to Together by Oslo-based musician and producer Torgny, I began to think of the game and of Night City; the neon-drenched world in which you spend most of your time as a player. A key aspect of the game is navigating around the city – either by car or motorbike – and soaking up the atmosphere.
As you drive you’ve got maybe six or seven radio stations to flip through, from jazz to metal. They’ll set your mood. Listening to Together’s slow beat coupled with Norwegian singer Maria Due’s dreamy vocals I found myself transported back to those Night City streets, driving around looking for trouble, or just seeing where the night takes me.
So perhaps this track is one you’d file under ‘good to drive to’… or to look at it another way; ‘good to chill out to’. The sort of track you’d hear in the chillout room of a nightclub, or playing at a hip beach bar as you watch the sunset.
Basically, Together is a blissful number with a mellow beat and vocals that’ll soothe your soul. As the song comes to a close Maria Due sings its final line, “I feel amazing”.
