Following a rather hilarious video featuring Pete Doherty himself having a casual dip in Gunnersbury Park’s lake that dropped on the likely lads socials on Monday, we’re super excited to see that the band will be putting on a one off massive outdoor show for the masses.

The homecoming show is set to take place on August 9th in West London. Pete, Carl Barât, Gary Powell and John Hassall will be joined alongside a stellar bill including Supergrass, SOFT PLAY, Hak Baker, Lambrini Girls and Real Farmer. The Libertines stated, “The old white mansion in Gunnersbury Park is in one of our favourite films, The Lavender Mob, so we thought we’d bring the Eastern Esplanade mob and some spiky guitars to that Arcadian glade in West London for a good ol’ homecoming knees up.”

We can’t wait to see the band back in London for what is set to be an unforgettable gig.

Tickets go on general sale November 8th (Friday) at 10am via Ticketmaster and can be found here.
