After a successful and busy year of touring their 2023 debut album, Shaking Hips and Crashing Cars, plus numerous festival appearances and gaining traction thanks to their dynamic and captivating live sets, the Welsh four-piece have just been announced as Sound City’s first headliner for 2025.

The Wrexham band — consisting of Tom Faithfull, Ben Matthias, Dave Tute and Sam Jones — will be joined by over 150 emerging talented artists, most likely some of the best local and nationwide talent the UK (and overseas) has to offer. Having only formed in 2019, it’s safe to say the indie band are more than ready to headline their first festival, following in the same footsteps that artists like Charli xcx, Catfish and the Bottlemen and The 1975 once took.

Taking place from the 3rd to the 5th of May, Liverpool’s Sound City will kick off on the 2nd of May with the Sound City+ conference and is an unmissable event for anyone looking to ‘make it’ in the music industry. The multi-venue festival will take place in key venues in the city.

Tickets for Sound City 2025 are available now and can be purchased here.
